Assuming you mean, 'What city is located furthermost (farthermost) north,' Wikipedia says, "Hammerfest claims to be the northernmost city in the world, although the title is disputed by Honningsvåg, Norway; Barrow, Alaska; and Longyearbyen, Svalbard."

Anything along the line at the top of the panhandle, where it borders the Oklahoma panhandle. That latitude is 36.5 degrees north ... it's about 90 miles north of Amarillo.

I see Kerrick, Booker, Darrouzett, and Follett up there, all within a mile or two of the line, on the Texas side.

I looked for other world cities with familiar names that have the same approximate latitude. Sorry, I didn't find any ... not with familiar names anyway.
