Replace the Flasher Relay.
Replace the switch. I had the same problem. You can purchase the switch at any auto parts store it easily clicks in and out.
It should be in the fuse box in the 2000 models. On 2001 and newer, it is under the driver's side dash, just above the data link connector. For 2000 Durangos only: More correctly it is the square green relay looking unit located at the top and back side of the fuse box. IE it must be removed by reaching up to the top of the fuse panel from underneath the dash. Hello yes there is two signal flashers on the 2000 eldorado take the cover off from under the dash under the steering wheel one is silver to your right the other is to the left sitting in the corner a black little box.
Check the owner's manual.

it sounds like a bad flasher which is directly behind the switch/button that is used to turn four ways on
tail/stop/turn signal bulb # 3057 park/turn signal bulb # 3157NA

The body computer is the flasher on a 2000 Dodge Caravan. The body computer is mounted behind the under dash fuse box, under the dash on the driver side.
