Oxygen diffuses into the blood capillary
As blood passes through lungs, there is exchange of oxygen and carbon bi oxide, from high concentration to low concentration and oxygen enters the blood from air to blood to make it oxygen rich.
At the level of the capillaries, oxygen will diffuse out of the saturated red blood cells down their concentration gradient into the tissues where their concentration is lowest.

Diffusion is the random movement of particles from an area with a high concentration to an area with a lower concentration. So in humans for eample, gas exchange occurs in the lungs where there is a lower concentration of oxygen in the blood and a high conc of oxygen in the lungs. The oxygen then diffuses into the blood.

The hemoglobin releases the oxygen to the tissues because here, the concentration of oxygen is low and that of carbon dioxide is high.
