Most likely the Ignition Switch. Honda issued a recall on this so if you haven't gotten the recall repair it should be free

Its located towards the front of the car. Close to the radiator. Think its on the left hand side of the engine. If I recall right its right on the manifold.
At the front of the engine just above the transmission closer to the drivers side. Just changed one out if I recall there were only two bolts and of course the wire connection.
