Could be the bulbs or the fuses or the flashers or the signal switch assembly
Your first place to look would be the fuse panel. If everything there is ok, you'll probably have to remove the gauge panel and check the bulbs there.
Fuse, brake switch, bulbs. Replace whatever the problem is. There is no way to know without being hands on. Bulbs most likely answer.

your instrument panel lights can be dimmed(thumb wheel switch) down to practically no lights at all on your instrument cluster, this switch should be located most likely on the dash, left hand side of steering column. If this does not fix the problem ,then you have to check your fuse panel to see if you have a burnt out fuse.
Check the brake light bulbs, Check the brake light fuse, Check the brake light switch, In that order.
Thr panels can not be repaired It needs a tailight PPPSSttt...There may be a recall for this coming in the near future
check a page or two back, there's an answer. mine did the same thing and the flasher was just loose.
How you fix them would depend entirely on what's wrong with them. You'd have to diagnose the problem first, bulbs burned out, blown fuse, bad switch, broken wires, etc.
