The Power Steering pump is driven electrically so you could check that the fuse hasn't blown.
Low power steering fluid or defective power steering pump.
Could be motor mounts, the tires out of alignment or out of balance, or the steering needs work.

For how long? It could be nothing or it could be dangerous. You really need to get to the docs or hospital.
