could be the switch the relay the fuse or the motor
Could be he wiper motter or the fuse.
The fluid not spraying could be a clogged line or disconnected line or bad windshield washer motor. The rear wiper not working could be a bad wiper motor in the rear or unhooked linkage or fuse or relay. Check the fuses etc first.
You can find your 1999 Ford Expedition front windshield wiper fuse in the fuse box. The windshield wiper fuse will be in the second column, fourth from the top.
If only one wiper is working then you have a linkage problem. There is an arm that runs from one side to the other. It has bushings that wear out. You can also have a stripped spline where the wiper arm hooks up.
The wiper linkage is bad. Or the wiper arm stud bushings (where the arms attach to the cowl) are rotted out.
I have a 99. how do you turn OD off, with wiper control stick button? Is so, could be a fuse or switch.
you havn't taken it to the mechanic yet.
2000 expedition wipers & radio don't work when in drive
If the windshield wipers are not working on a 1990 Chevy Lumina, the problem could be with the wiper motor, the wiper motor relay, or a fuse. The least expensive fix to this problem will be replacing the fuse if it is blown.
you could try a new wiper blade motor. yours has probally shorted out or there may just be a loose wire both could cause this problem..
Check the fuse. If the rear wiper fuse is good then it could be a wiring problem. Check the wires to the rear hatch, then check the motor itself.
The 1998 Ford Expedition had a mid-year production change which affected the wiper system. See sources and related links below for the best explanation of how to determine correct wipers.
