This could possibly be that you are not running the back wash long enough or that there is a malfunction internally in the filter b/w valve. What brand filter?

No you only backwash your pool when your filter pressure on your filter is high 30psi and above on most pools. If you backwash your pool be sure to add two scoops of de to your skimmer. If the presure is still high the u need to clean the filter
Usually the pressure gauge on your pool equipment indicates how much pressure there is before the filter. as the pressure goes up it indicates that the filter is getting blocked and needs a backwash or cleaning. while the pressure is low the filter does not need cleaning.
The FRAM HP6A oil filter is for high performance and racing use only. It can withstand up to 400 pounds per square inch of burst pressure. It ca filter out foreign particles as small as 12 microns.
Only a few minutes

no only two minutes
It can be run on any pressure. Only low end mechanical guns "must" be high pressure, and only certain Angle markers "must" be run on low pressure.
Could be as simple as a very dirty fuel filter. I would start with replacing the fuel filter.
In areas of high temperature and high pressure
It is not possible to have a pressure level on your swimming pool! However the pressure on the filter gage could run anywhere from 5# to 35#
The high pressure system is warmer then the low pressure system . simple reason pressure is high when the molecules of gas are vibrating more violently then they do in normal routine ( vibrations of molecules can only be increased by increased temperature) hence if the pressure is high the temp will always be warmer then in low pressure area .
