The security alarm went off on your 2000 Montero Sport and would not turn off until the fuse was pulled and now the horn doesn't work - any ideas to fix it?

The alarm and the horn are interconnected in some models, if you pulled the fuse from the alarm it might have caused a surge big enough to blow the horns fuse, just replace it. You just have to make sure that the fuse you took from the alarm is back on. If the alarm is not working, disable it properly and not by removing a fuse.
