I believe I'm also allergic to sulfur in my water. When I drink unfiltered tap water here in Florida my stomach gurgles out of control & quickly leads to a toilet visit. When i travel to areas without sulfur in the water i can drink as much tap water or fountain drinks as I like. I've even done blind & noise cliped tests so I would have no idea which I drank and my stomach always knows. Wine also does this to me. People think I'm strange because of this. I have not been tested. Anybody else?
you should be concerned because if you swallow osmething your allergic to you could swell your esophagus up which can lead to difficulty breathing or even death
My doctor believes me to be allergic to sulfa as every medication that I have had with sulfa I end up in hives. I was just talking with my sister and we think that the sulfur in the well water has also affected me. Symptoms that I have had that I feel could be linked: headache, fatigue (extreme sometimes), muscle aches, rashes including yeast infection on my foot, thumb and mouth at times, and blemishes. I did one time live in an area where I had city water... I had energy and a clear complexion and never any of the symptoms above. I live back in rural well area and suffer with these all the time. This was recently discovered and have to had a chance to speak to the doctor. I don't even drink the water. I just use it to cook and shower. I buy bottled water that's been filtered.
No. sulfur does not react with water.
Well there could be something in your water that comes through your shower head. With myself I am allergic to sulfa (sulfate, sulfite, sulfur..etc.) and a lot of water companies put sulfur based chemicals in their water. So I would go have an allergy test done to see what you are allergic to. The heat of the water can also sometimes cause rashes. Hope that helps, good luck.
There is no water in sulfur; sulfur is an element and therefore does not contain any other chemical substance.
Simply stated, electricity is not allergic to water.
Sulfur is insoluble in water so it can be removed by filtration.
Produces Sodium iodide, Water, Sulfur and Sulfur dioxide
I think sulfur
No sulfur dioxide is not present naturally. It pollutes the water.
Since sulfur is in food it can be in water also.
Sulfur powder will float on the surface of the water.
