When I take a shower I always get rashes on my thighs and chest even when I dont use shampoos or body washes What could cause this?

Well there could be something in your water that comes through your shower head. With myself I am allergic to sulfa (sulfate, sulfite, sulfur..etc.) and a lot of water companies put sulfur based chemicals in their water. So I would go have an allergy test done to see what you are allergic to. The heat of the water can also sometimes cause rashes. Hope that helps, good luck.
