There are hard lumpy pimples in both armpits and in almost the same spot on each armpit They are sore and vary in size. Do you have any suggestions.?

I had the same thing, they were huge and I thought they were cists or tumors or something of that nature. I noticed them in the shower while soaping up. They last for more than a month and sometimes both armpits had multiples of them and each one HURT! They show up maybe every 6 months or so. Went to the doctor and she said they are simply a large pimple from clogged pores. She gently rolled each one between her fingers and worked a ton of puss out of each one. They immediately felt better! Now I just squeeze them out myself when I get them...you've never seen more white puss come out of a pimple in your life! Pretty cool actually LOL.

I also have these white, puss-filled pimples in my armpits. They come and go. They many not be on both sides at the same time. They always seem to appear in the same location.
These could be called sebaceous cysts.
I am very tempted to pop them too! I could imagine it being fun to drain. haha.
