I don't know the Renault Clio but as a general rule I would examine the brakes first to see if the linings are rubbing when the wheel is rotated backwards. (This applies to disc or drum brakes.)
Air drag, Rolling resistance, thrust reversing Engines, and wheel brakes
Rolling friction is when an object that is rolling/sliding/moving on a surface is slowed down or stopped, because of the friction of the two objects rubbing against each other.
It will not, unless it is acted upon another force. If it's rolling on something, then friction will stop it (the ball rubbing on the table slows it down).

The small amount of friction of the wheel molecules rubbing against the surface molecules is called "rolling friction". Also, the object itself has aerodynamic resistance as it pushes it's way through the air. The combination of these two sources of drag eventually slows and stops a rolling object (on a flat surface).
There could be a few reasons. 1 - something is rubbing on it 2 - the surface that the tires are rolling on 3 - you ran over a cat or 4 - the brakes are on

The insect which infesting on Rice crop in all stages,by rolling the leaf/leaves surviving inside safely, and scraping the chlorophylls, generally the infestation will be more in crops under the tree shadows in the field.
Sliding friction is the force impeding movement as a result of two surfaces rubbing against one another. Imagine pushing a cardboard box of books across a concrete garage floor. Rolling friction refers to the frictional forces between a rolling tire and the pavement. The tire gets warm and an inflated tire rolls easier. The sliding friction is much more difficult to overcome than rolling friction.
Okay, there are three types of friction.Rolling Friction:asscociated with the rolling of a wheel or somthine circular along a surfaceStatic Friction: when 2 objects are rubbing against each otherKinetic friction: the friction involved when two objects are moving relative to each other and rub against each otherTo decrease friction i would use rolling. Rolling friction has less friction.HOPE THIS HELPS!!
One way to remove sticky residue from new craft beads is by soaking them in rubbing alcohol and scrubbing them. Another way is by rolling the beads gently in your fingers to ball up the residue, if it is significant.
There is two ways that I have seen it done. The first way is by making sure it is completely dry then scraping it off with your finger nail or a knife that will not tear the paper. The second way is by rolling the area of the paper that has white out on it against itself and crumbling the material off.
