I apologize for the terrible formation of this question. It would not let me include any punctuation besides the question mark and had a limited number of characters I was allowed to use.

Basically for the last five days or so I've been experiencing exhaustion, dizziness, hot flashes, and nausea, but not all of the time. Today I noticed a milky white discharge resembling ejeculate that is not similar to mucus I normally experience mid-cycle. I generally have a 30 day cycle though I'm slightly irregular. Today is only cycle day 16 and I was wondering if it is possible that I ovulated right after menstruation and I'm pregnant, or if it's more likely that I have a cold or flu?

I've been off of Birth Control for over a year and have been trying to conceive for 7 months. I don't want to take an HPT this early since according to all calculations I was supposed to have ovulated today or tomorrow, not a week and a half ago.

Any suggestions?

Is diarrhea a sign of ovulation?

No, it is not a sign of ovulation. Slippery, egg-white quality cervical mucous (discharge) is a sign, as is Mittleschmertz (a slight cramp in your ovary). Ovulation always occurs 10-14 days before your period comes.

Is it normal to have watery cervical mucus 4 days after ovulation?

yes, because the same thing always happens to me, its always right before my period comes, like a week before i get somewhat thick discharge

Do you have cervical mucus after ovulation?

Nobody can pinpoint the exact second of conception. Sometimes the sperm reach the egg in a matter of minutes, and sometimes it takes a few days. The CM isn't as runny after the fertile period is over.

How does cervical mucus change early in pregnancy?

Here is advice and input: * That is normal for a woman's body, it doesn't mean you are pregnant. * It is possible. Some women continue to have a large amount of discharge after they ovulate, clear up through the date that the period is due. Others are dry. If you notice something that is abnormal from the way you are each month, it is always possible you are pregnant. Just wait until you are late for your period and take a HPT. Hello. This could simply be left over ovulation discharge. But it could also be pregnancy discharge. Personally I would go with it being ovulation discharge. But if the discharges increases a lot....significantly increases...then see your doctor for a pregnancy blood test.

Do you always have vaginal discharge at the time of ovulation?

First.

Is it possible to have an ectopic pregnancy right after your menstruation?

Yes. Ovulation can occur irregularly, at times, and implantation of the fertilized ovum in the fallopian tube does not always trigger cessation of menses immediately.

Can you still have cervical fluid 3 days after an IUI?

Yes. It is still possible to get `fertile` (stretchy) cervical fluid (cm) days after ovulation due to estrogen. Fertile mucous should stop after ovulation, however this is not always the case.FYI- If you have one IUI scheduled 24 hours after the trigger shot, try to have intercourse at 36 hours or 48 hours after the trigger shot just in case, as washed sperm (natural intercourse) live longer than washed. If you have 2 back to back IUIs scheduled for 12 hours and 36 hours after the trigger shot, try to have intercourse 48 hours after the trigger shot. Also, try to have intercourse 2 days before ovulation (remember unwashed sperm can live in fertile mucous for a few days) to increase your chances and also to freshen the sperm for the IUI.Good Luck on your journey!

What's wrong if you have thick clear discharge with no smell and it always happens a week after your period and you have a lot of lower back pain with it?

I would say this has to do with ovulation. Around the time of ovulation (about day 10-14 on a 28 day cycle) you will find your cervical mucus is clear and you feel very "wet" in your vagina area. The cervical mucus aids conception by keeping the sperm alive. You will find this mucus is very slippery and stretchy. When you are not ovulating, your mucus will usually be white/cream colour and your vagina area will feel "dryer". This mucus is sticky rather than slippery. It is toxic to sperm. The lower back pain could have to do with ovulation. Some women have pain similar to menstrual pain while ovulating.

You had cervical cancer 6 years ago now you are cancer free but why do you bleed after sex?

What are the symptoms of ovulation?

Thick cervical fluid discharge that is creamy or feels like eggwhite accompanies ovulation. The cervix becomes soft and open and sits higher in the vagina. Often women experience breast tenderness (softness, not soreness) and heightened sexuality. Mittelschmertz, if you get it and learn to recognize it, is a good tool to determine when ovulation has occurred. Mittelschmertz is pain that some women get when the ovary releases an egg. It is a sharp pain in your lower abdomen (near the hip bone) that is felt only on the left or right side. Not everyone gets it, and those who get it might not always get it so it cannot be used as birth control except as a way to determine that ovulation has already passed.

Can I have cervical mucus and not be ovulatimg?

yes. a female should ALWAYS have cervical mucus. this is what keeps "everthing" moist. this would be like asking if your mouth only has saliva when eating.

How do you know if you are not going to ovulate?

Ovulation occurs when an egg is released from one of the female's ovaries. It is not always possible to know if you are going to ovulate or not. Most women who have a regular menstrual cycle might have some idea of when they are going to ovulate. Ovulation tests are designed to tell you whether or not you are going to ovulate and some women use them when trying to conceive.
