Took the dog to the vet because of not eating and losing weight and blood in stool no worms change diet and medications now he eats and drinks constantly more than normal and still losing weight why?

Have the vet take his blood. This similar problem my first dog had and we found that he had an autoimmune disorder. There were no signs before it just started on him. Get him to the vet or animal hospital immediatly to have it tested!
