According to the 2002 Lincoln LS Owner Guide : ( MERCON automatic transmission fluid is used as the power steering fluid )
I was looking at the 2002 Lincoln LS Owner Guide and it shows ( Motorcraft MERCON automatic transmission fluid ) is used in the engine cooling fan fluid reservoir
You don't. The transmission on a 2004 Lincoln LS is sealed.
All Lincoln LS transmissions are sealed. There is no dipstick to check fluid.
Where is the reservoir for the brake fluid
According to a drawing in the 2002 Lincoln LS Owner Guide : The power steering fluid reservoir is on the drivers side of the engine , near the engine air filter housing * also , Motorcraft MERCON automatic transmission fluid is used as the power steering fluid
The transmission fluid dipstick on a 2005 Lincoln LS V6 is located on the left side of the engine. It connects directly to the transmission through a long filler tube.
As far as I know there is no automatic transmission fluid level dipstick on a Lincoln LS , the dealer has a way of checking from underneath the car
There is not one. Transmission is sealed. Take to dealer.
