You can just extend the waste line from wherever it is currently to where the new drain point begins, its much easier connecting into an existing line than to try create a new one.
on the oil drain pan , that is the one on the bottom of the engine block, further behind that will be your transmission oil pan which usually doesnt have a drain plug,
