There are many reasons for such rashes and redness around the inner thighs due to use of soap, oil, synthetic clothes & tight clothes, constipation, food etc. but the most important thing is this that it happened most of the times due to scratching of skin of thighs and other parts of our body
With urine therapy most of diseases can be cured so to cure rash and redness patient has to apply urine dipped cloth for five minutes at a time and 3-4 times daily then do not wash that part immediately and do not use soap on that part
please do not use synthetic cloth and not to use tight clothes
If such person has constipation then should drink warm.hot water whole day
