Simmons decision-making model there are four phases = 1) Design phase:- = Table 1:The Design Phase: What are the plans? Phase Deliverable Design Architecture Document Implementation Plan Critical Priority Analysis Performance Analysis Test Plan In the design phase the architecture is established. This phase starts with the requirement document delivered by the requirement phase and maps the requirements into architecture. The architecture defines the components, their interfaces and behaviors. The deliverable design document is the architecture. The design document describes a plan to implement the requirements. This phase represents the ``how'' phase. Details on computer programming languages and environments, machines, packages, application architecture, distributed architecture layering, memory size, platform, algorithms, data structures, global type definitions, interfaces, and many other engineering details are established. The design may include the usage of existing components. 2) Implementation phase Table 2: The Implementation Phase: Now build it! Phase Deliverable Implementation Code Critical Error Removal In the implementation phase, the team builds the components either from scratch or by composition. Given the architecture document from the design phase and the requirement document from the analysis phase, the team should build exactly what has been requested, though there is still room for innovation and flexibility. For example, a component may be narrowly designed for this particular system, or the component may be made more general to satisfy a reusability guideline. The architecture document should give guidance. Sometimes, this guidance is found in the requirement document. In this phase, the production system is installed, initial user training is completed, user documentation is delivered, and the post implementation review meeting is held. When this phase is completed, the application is in steady-state production. Once the system is in steady-state production, it is reviewed to ensure that we met all of the goals in the project plan for a satisfactory result. = =

What is partial tandem duplication?

The extra chromosome segment may be located immediately after the normal segment in precisely the same orientation forms the tandemWhen the gene sequence in the extra segment of a tandem in the reverse order i.e, inverted , it is known asreverse tandem duplicationIn some cases, the extra segment may be located in the same chromosome but away from the normal segment - termed as displaced duplicationThe additional chromosome segment is located in a non-homologous chromosome is translocation duplication.
