your probably dont even want to know, it is located at the rear of the block under /behind the intake manifold, at the very top of the engine block. we have a similar vehicle in the shop now with a severe oil leak which was assumed to be the rear seal, after removing the tranny we discovered that the leak was actually the cam position sensor. I don't know if it can be reached from up top, it dont look like there would be enough room, however we just reached up the back of the block since the tranny was already out.
