no power to ODB connector
The Ford F450 OBD connector can be found on the top of the engine. The ODB connector will be near the air intake housing.
There was no 1994 Chrysler 300.
The 1995 vehicle should be ODB I. The OBD I connector should be under the hood in the engine compartment.
The connector for reading codes with a scan tool is near the battery.
The ODB code reader connector is located on the driver side somewhere under the steering column. Some times they are cover with a black plastic or rubber cover to protect them. For more information. Check related link below.

All ODB-II compliant vehicles either have the connector at the bottom edge of the dash on the driver's side, or they have a label at that location stating where the actual connector can be found.
