You got to see what the condition of the car is. If it is good it could run more and vis verca. Still I would consider the mileage to be quite high. If I were you, I would wait for a better one. The mileage is high yes but remember like Toyotas Hondas are known for there reliability. If its in good condition you could just get another 50k in. But think of it this way... 12k is the standard mileage driven a year, for a 97 that is very high. Your best option will be to keep looking.
