i am not positive on this..but on alot of vehicles you open the hood and disconnect the negative lead(black wire) from the battery,leave it off for a couple of seconds, recconect and the warning light should be off. if there is a problem or current damage...the warning lights will probably re illuminate

I dont have an answer but I am having the same problem. My car wouldn't start but when I turned the key, the lights (hazard and dash lights) started blinking. I think it's a warning that the battery is not completely connected. We tightened the clamps (which were very loose) and it stopped.
