The correct spelling is Ruqaiya and her full name was Ruqaiya Sultana Begum. She and Akbar had no children together. Akbar was her first cousin and she married him when she was 9 years old. Even though she remained childless through 53 years of marriage, she raised her grandson, Prince Khurram.
