In the First Balkan War it was the Serbians, Bulgars and Greeks who were fighting amongst themselves and together against the Ottoman Empire to get as big a share of the formerly Ottoman lands as possible. A little later the Second Balkan War broke out in which Greeks and Serbs fought Bulgaria when the first two decided that Bulgaria had ended up with too much territory and power. Austria (of which Hungary was only a part back then) and Russia had a vested interest in a stable Balkan and Slav unity respectively. Russia had been fighting the Ottoman Empire before 1910, but in the period you ask about these Balkan countries raised hell practically all by themselves.
