Not really, there were many factors that led to WW2. Hitler's rise to power came about because he gave hope, initially, to a very dejected nation, the result of a very rigid Versailles Treaty that was signed at the end of WW1. WW2 would probably have come about anyway as there was a lot of unrest in the world, Europe especially. The war in Europe would have taken a very different turn had Hitler not come to power but it would have still occurred, perhaps without the mass genocide of Jews, the disabled and other minorities. That part of WW2 that occurred in the Pacific would still have eventuated. Japan would probably have bombed Pearl Harbour and invaded those parts of Asia and Australia that it did invade and bomb.
