Clinton fits several (politically incorrect) black stereotypes as made popular by rap music among other sources: being a 'player', liking women with large behinds, and playing the saxophone (as Jazz Music was first popular among African Americans).

No, he was white. And sadly, that first president, George Washington, was a slave owner (although there is some evidence he felt ambivalent about it, and in his will, he ordered that all of his slaves be set free).
