it depends on the situation because if it is rainy the soil will be wet and it needs a plant that fits on that situation if it is sunny the soil will be dry so it needs a lot of water so for me it depends on the one who plant the seed so if he/she knows how to plant and gives all the care needed to the plant it means the plant that the person planted is good.
