Ford Europe is credited with the creation of the Ford Mondeo (You would know this as the Contour here in America). The Mondeo was considered a world car, but due to its small size, did not catch on in America. AFter just a few short years Ford discontinued the Contour, however, the Mondeo, in Europe is still one of the highest sought after cars.
