The question as phrased is rather ridiculous as Africa was never united or was never blanketly attacked by the United States. The examples above all do not involve Black African soldiers (with the exception the Somalia conflict) and that was only a conflict because Somalis attacked the United Nations Peacekeeping Troops (as opposed to declaring war on Somalia). Historically speaking, the United States has not been terribly interested in Africa.
