osmosis
water can pass through cell membranes by osmosis- similar to diffusion
The red blood cell would swell because more water would pass in than it would pass out.
cell wall
freely and allow water and other hydrophylic molecules to pass through into or out of the cell.
Small particles can pass through the cell membrane by simple diffusion. If the particles are water, the process is given a special name: osmosis.
Selectively Permeable
A plant's Cell Membrane is very thin and lets things pass in and out of the cell.
The molecules that can pass through the cell membrane of the human cell include water. Other molecules include fat soluble vitamins.

water and nutrients.
The red blood cell would swell because more water would pass in than it would pass out.
Although the cell wall is tough, many materials, including water and oxygen, can pass through easily.
water
The cell membrane is the layer that surrounds the cell and allows nutrients and water to pass through.
I assume you mean contractile vacuole. There are filaments and coat proteins that surround this vacuole and squeeze the water out of the cell by ATP powered contraction. The cell has a semipermeable membrane that water can pass through and also aquaporins to facilitate water's exit from the cell.
