under the ashtray, center console. pull out the tray and the little flap below it
Remove the ashtray. Then lift up and out on the tab labeled "Fuse Box"
Under the radio. Behind the ash tray. Remove the ash tray, remove a plastic enclosure, and you will see the fuses
The fuse box is not in the engine compartment. Check below the radio, behind the garbage container.
under an behind ash tray remove ash tray an all will be answered
1) Check the owner's manual. There is a diagram indicating what each fuse is responsible for. 2) When accessing the fuse box, check the back side of the parts you are removing for a fuse box diagram. The same information is found on the back of one of these parts in my Volvo.
The overdrive relay is located in back of the fuse box which is behind the ashtray.
It's behind the ashtray, it's a black relay and the easiest way to change it is to lift out the fuse box.
to change the distributor on a 740 Volvo undo the 3 captive bolts that attach it to the back of the rocker box you will find it easiest to you use a short box spanner and yes it is awkard
Is it not on the inside of the fuse-box cover?
behind the glove In the relay/fuse panel behind the ashtray. After you remove the ashtray and holder you will need to remove the box above it to access the relay
It's just under the ash tray, remove the ash tray and the panel cover is underneath it.
Behind the ashtray is where it is located. You will need to remove the box above the ashtray to gain access to the relay as you can't slide the fuse/relay panel out otherwise. BTW if the car is an automatic the relay is white and sits on the left side of the panel
