The MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor would be found in the air intake snorkel between the air filter box and the throttle body.
Its part of the MAF sensor. In 98 they integrated it.
It doesn't have a map sensor, it has a maf (mass air flow) sensor instead. The maf sensor would be located in the snorkel between the air filter box and the throttle body.
The OS sensor on a 98 Acura 3.2 TL is located in the exhaust manifold. It constantly monitors the amount of oxygen remaining in the exhaust gases.
I don't see how, when the fuel pump is in the fuel tank and the MAF. sensor is under the hood in the air intake hose.
AnswerIt is built into your Mass Air flow sensor so you have to replace the whole thing, for the 98 and up they are separate.
The MAF ( Mass Airflow sensor ) is between the engine air filter and the big rubber engine air intake tube in your engine compartment
It was a clogged MAF sensor- cleaned with shopvac- runs like new!
Trouble code P0102 means: MAF Sensor Circuit Low Frequency
Had a 98 with same prob. Check MAF sensor
Also what's the difference and effects of MAF and MAP how can u tell which one is faulty
It has a MAF, mass air flow sensor. Should be in the end of the hose at the air filter I believe or at the end at the motor. It will go clear across the hose and look like a thick screen.
23 percent of 98 = 22.54 23% of 98 = 23% * 98 = 23%/100% * 98 = 0.23 * 98 = 22.54
