Increase your water intake.

In breakfast 2 slices of bread and one cup of tea and add some dry fruit.

In lunch you take 1 bread or 2 to 3 spoons any veggie curry.

Snake time add some fruit or gram.

In dinner 1 bread or 1 chicken piece and after 1 hour of dinner you can walk 30 mint thats it.
