Nowhere. This is an internet myth.

There are thousands of small villages where everyone in the village speaks the same language. But there are no monolingual countries in Africa. The closest you'll find is Rwanda, where the vast majority speak Kinyarwanda.

In fact, monolingual countries are quite rare. The only country in the world that is 100% monolingual is North Korea, other than tiny dependent islands.

There is no such African country. In fact, North Korea is the only major country in the world where everyone only speaks 1 language (if you don't count a handful of people who have learned to speak English as a second language).

This appears to be an internet myth. There are no countries in Africa that speak only one language. The country with the fewest languages is probably Rwanda.
