I'm not quite sure but I can say they took my bro from New Mexico for a misdemeanor charge in which he didn't pay like 350.00 and I was arrested outside of the greyhound station in dallas when I just got off the bus and was standing there smoking a cigarette. What's the saying don't mess with Texas they ain't playing around there. that i can say for sure. It's a very different judicial system
