Had the same problem with my old car. Needed a new battery in the end
I had the same problem on a Peugeot 405 Turbo Diesel. The problem turned out to be the water-in-diesel sensor itself - so I have ignored it for the last 5 years! It is probably the water-in-diesel sensor which is at fault. I have had the same problem for over 5 years on a 405 turbo diesel - so I have ignored it.
The normal operating temperature for a 2008 Ford 6.4L diesel is 190ÊF to 205 F for the engine coolant. The oil temperature can be as high as 242 F.
The sensors are not there I dont think. You will have to get them from a Turbo Diesel engine and prob fit the sensors. ALOT OF HASSLE! Its not worth it. You could buy a turbo diesel 205 lump and fit that with the wiring loom? Still lots of work. I fitted the engine but not the loom and dont mind that I dont have a rev counter.
The fuel tank capacity of a Peugeot 205 diesel typically ranges from about 45 to 50 liters, depending on the specific model and year. This capacity allows for a reasonable driving range, making it suitable for both city and longer-distance travel. Always check the owner's manual for the exact specifications for a particular model.
It means low coolant. Top it up with water; and if it still leaks then maybe theres a hole in the container
Go to the scrapyard and buy another, then if you cant fit it yourself ask your mate the auto electrician to install it for you on the cheap!
