Glass aquariums are held together with clear silicone sealant which you can purchase at a hardware store. Use a pure silicone without additives such as mold inhibitors (mold inhibitors are usually added to kitchen and bath sealants - so don't use these). Also, allow the sealant to cure for a couple of days to evaporate the solvents before using the tank.
