They do not. Strange as it may seem, many animals don't have heads. Starfish, urchins, coral, sponges, singe celled animals, adult tunicates, jellyfish, and many more, don't have heads.
There are animals with multiple heads, a condition called congenital cephalic disorder.
They have either holes in their heads, which is basically used as an ear or they have enhanced senses. Making up for the absence of the ear they could have use.
A monkeys head is a very strange thing because some animals dont have heads . eg : dogs,cats,elephants,kangaroos,fish. Many of these poor animals have to go to the dentist to see if they'll ever get a head. Sadly most of them die without heads . :(
Animals that have two heads? There are very rare two-headed snakes, I know that for sure. Maybe some mythical animals, like dragons, have two heads.
