Vitamin C - is an antioxidant which will minimize damage from free radicals and will keep your body cells healthy. it is very good for you and everyone should have some vitamin C in their diet everyday as it is excreted daily through urine. Have some Oranges, tomatoes, whatever... or take vitamin C supplements like me #:)
