The question is built primarily on a false premise. Christians are generally not attacked violently in Muslim countries nor is the Bible outlawed in most Islamic Countries. There are some beatings of Christians, but this is more indicative of the third world in general where minorities are subject to abuse. The Democratic Republic of Congo, which has almost no Muslims also reports large-scale minority abuse. In Burma, the Muslims are the recipients of violent Buddhist minority abuse. This is not to say that the treatment should not be rectified and that Muslims should stand together and protest the mistreatment of minorities, but the causes of this mistreatment are not based in Islam. The claim that all or most Muslims have outlawed the Bible is not actually the case, since a person can purchase the Bible at commercial bookstores in most Muslim countries.
