Ok. First off, you should use a good bar, like Lakewood, or competition engineering, that uses a "J" bolt type of design. Not just bolts to the spring perch, which do nothing at all. Ok, in theory, the right side should have a slightly larger gap between the rubber snubber, and the spring, as it is the torque side, and by the time the left side, (drivers) catches up, both bars hit at ther same time, thus launching the car straight. Now, in real world, If I am going the traction bar route, I put wedges in them to put the snubber up tight agsainst the spring. Less reaction time, and less shock to the axels when they hit. I then leave the rear, and on the the rear, U bolts off. Do not use an air shock with these, either. This is the best settup for drag racing.
