There are certain common causes of injustice. They include ignorance, when a lack of knowledge of others and situations can bring about prejudice; fear, as a means of protection against a potential threat; wants, when someone acts to get what they need or want, putting another at a disadvantage as a result; and mean spirit, as some get enjoyment from the mistreatment of other for no other reason than they can.
Injustice is not just bound to one area, in fact, injustices tend to occur more outside a legal setting then inside one. An injustice can occur in a parking lot, a grocery store, a dentist office, etc. Injustice is boundless.
Injustice is chiefly caused by the free will of humans. If someone is committing a crime of any sort, and no one stops it, the crime will continue.
