This happens to many people but if you wash your face without any chemicals and keep it from being too dry, then they will appear on your face but will fade away more faster!
The worst thing you can do to get spots is wear foundation but if you want to use concealer get one that has something that helps spots in it like tea tree. If your spots are really bad you can go to the doctors and they will provide you with some cream or antibiotics to help dry your spots up. You must wash your face day and night to prevent anymore from occuring. Dont pick your spots otherwise they will just get worse, and they will become sore and red.

Grandpa's Wonder Pine Tar Soap works well. It doesn't smell very good, but one gets over it after a while. The way how it treats my face is excellent. It moisturizes the dry spots and gets rid of the zits on my face.
If you have spots on your head, they could be pimples. Pimples on the scalp may be caused by very dry skin, stress, irritants or an infection. If the spots are sore and bothersome, you should see your doctor or dermatologist.
Honey does help dry spots up and makes the spots fade and makes the redness or irritation go down. I would recomend honey for that purpose, but i dont think it will completly get rid of spots. Hope this was helpfull x
