In terms of MD...
1) Dermatology, obviously, which is the study of the skin and its components - the only specialty that deals exclusively with skin disorders -also probably the hardest residency to get into at this moment
2) Plastic surgery
3) Rheumatology/immunology to a certain extent
4) Basically any surgical specialty requires some knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology and healing. Burn/trauma surgeons frequently perform skin grafts on patients with severe 3rd degree burns.
5) Family medicine/general internal medicine and pediatrics since they see everything, and you will see a lot of rashes in kids.
Beyond the MD, most plastic surgeons have an "aesthetician" in their office who may perform basic procedures like facials...they also help patients during the healing process by offering tips on makeup and other strategies to hide surgical scars as they are healing. They also help with Skin Care in general and will often sell specialized products in the office.
