The best way to gain muscle mass is to exercise often, and to follow every work out with a snack high in carbohydrates and some lean protein. You have about a 1 hour window to get this snack in for the best results. Avoid eating fat with this snack (choose lean meat, little to no cheese, no butter...).

the only way to convert fat to muscle is to exercise.

To gain muscle, get a job where you have to do physical work. Alternatively, take up weight training.

High protein, high carb meals. Eat plenty of meat and eggs. Even foods like Burger King and mcdonalds are actually quite good, so long as you are exercising a lot and care more about strength than appearance.

Eating alone will not help you gain muscle. To gain muscle, working out is the best way to go.

In addition to working out, however, foods high in protein are excellent to eat as an after-workout snack. A Tiger's Milk bar is a great example.

The best diet is to acturally add calories to your normal daily intake they say 300 to 500 more also you want to start weight trainning and drink alot of those muscle shakes. I would go to your local gym and get set up with a personal trainer.
