if your talking about automaticly downloaded pictures so you can see them do This: Here is how you locate them on different versions of windows:
XP- start:run:%temp%
Vista & 7 :start: %temp%
Hit the enter key on both of the following and you will open a folder. The downloaded webpages/pictures/ECT.
If your talking about if you downloaded them manualy you: search the name of the picture you downloaded off of the internet and open it with a picture viewing program, The windows default is "picture viewer"
