Someone else had informed me that this light also comes on if the brake fluid is low. I added fluid to my '97 T-100 and it solved the problem.
I have a 97 T-100 with the same problem. While I can't tell you for certain what is causing the problem, I suspect the switch also, and will be replacing it soon. The switch is located under the dash near the firewall, where the tip of the parking brake rod connects with it. To test whether your problem is merely an adjustment issue, pull the parking brake, then reach the switch and depress the button on top. If the light goes off, it just needs adjustment. If not, it is probably the switch. To further check, disconnect the wiring harness connection and run a jumper wire between the two posts of the connector. If the light goes out, replace the switch.
this could be caused by just a loose wire touching and making a connection or it could be a small short due to some other reason
two possible causes......it could mean you have a bad brake hose or a sticking caliper
It is either the speed sensor or the wiring. Have it checked out.
the increase in population at the institution. absence of a parking system
a sticking/partly sticking caliber piston is usually the culprit but a froze parking brake cable could cause the rear brakes to heat up also.
Worn e-brake linings or e-brake linings and cables are out of adjustment.
If the temperature goes up and down and the coolant level is ok your thermostat is probably sticking. Replace the thermostat and you should solve the problem.
adsa
When he causes the accident
AnswerWhen a starter continues to run after the starter switch is disengaged, it could be caused mechanically by the pinion gear sticking in the flywheel teeth ( with multiple causes- bent starter shaft, worn flywheel teeth), or electrically: stuck starter relay (if it uses one), stuck starter solenoid (either by the metal piston sticking, or the electrical contacts sticking), or of course the ignition/starter switch itself. One needs to eliminate the possible causes one by one to diagnose the cause.
take it easier on the clutch as your reversing
A sticking choke or vacuum leak are two common causes.
The abs computer has detected a malfunction and set a code. You will need to have the system checked with a scan tool to know possible causes.
