reverse fit jeans are fitted at the natural waist ( not dropped waist-line) The leg starts to fill out as they hit the hip, with the widest point on the leg being just above the knee. The shape of the leg then starts to taper back in toward the ankle.
So the silhouette is the same at the waist & the hem, hence the term reverse fit.
They buy jeans that are their size. They fit into their jeans the same way you fit into your jeans. They wears skinny jeans mostly so that's why their jeans look really small.

Fleece lined jeans would fit you the same way a regular pair of jeans will fit you. The only difference is that fleece lined jeans are lined and are therefore thicker. They are great for cold winter days.
