I am going to answer this two different ways only because i want to make sure you get the answer you are looking for because I am not clear on "pregnancy signs": I think you mean signs and symptoms of pregnancy--yes the clomid has side effects in which can be the same as pregnancy signs. The other way this could be interpreted is "pregnancy signs" as in signs on a urine pregnancy test: clomid can cause a false positive or false negative sign so blood test most accurate.
